Afghani Quroot, also known asAfghan cuisine. It is a byproduct of lassi and Butter and has a sour taste. It is because Afghan cuisine is treated with salt and is kept at room temperature for a few days. It is not fattening like most of the other dry fruits. Although it is not dry fruit but is mostly available in The Dry Fruits store.
