We, at thedryfruits.pk hope and pray that there are minimum instances where our valued customers are compelled to ask for a refund or exchange. It causes inconvenience for both the parties. Therefore, our team shall make sure that our products are in order, fresh and as per customers’ requirements.
RETURNS / REFUNDS / REPLACEMENT
Our return policy for soiled, damped, damaged or dispatch of wrong order lasts 2 days only. After lapse of 2 days since the order has been received, we may not entertain any refund / replacement requests. (We hope that our valued customers understand that the company has to bear the underpinned costs for every order that is returned for refund / replacement).
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received (that includes same weight). The product(s) would be replaced or refunded as per the customer’s request.
The aggrieved customer may lodge a complaint on our official number within 1 hour after receiving any defective products and clearly state the reasons for a refund / replacement.
In the following instances, however, only a partial refund / replacement may be granted:
* Order mistakes at the customer’s end.
* Any item not in its original condition / original weight.
* Complaint lodged after considerable amount of time.
* Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery (may be considered but not mandatory).
To return the defective product(s), the customers may inform thedryfruits.pk administration on our official contact number or through email at email@example.com. Our representative would guide you further. In most cases, the courier rider would collect the consignment from your doorsteps free of charge.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, our representative shall send the customer an email or shall call to notify you that the returned product has been received. We shall also notify the customer whether his / her request for refund is bona fide and whether the request is approved or rejected.
If approved, the request for refund shall be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Account immediately.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items that are soiled, damped or damaged. The procedure is the same as explained above. After approval, the defective product would be replaced with the same fresh item only.
